Poor kid, haha. I guess that was just an odd circumstance.

P.S Actually after watching it again, it was the mother's fault really. She was a little too eager to get an autograph.

I see a lawsuit coming:( The poor kid is damaged for life. He/She got knocked around by the guy who did not even win the race. Tough times at Ferrari
And they bag on hockey dads, what about the racing moms, watch out for them now:)

Yet again I can only imagine the fuss this would have caused had it been Hamilton..

It's quite plain, Kimi doesn't like the fuss of F1 and never has.

I don't like Kimi, but here he was completely innocent, that lady just went crazy trying to get Kimi's authograph and in the process ran over that litlle girl...

Please stop dragging Hamilton into every conversation. What's the point?

Kimi doesn't even touch the kid !!! How nice is that mother though, Raikkonen has to point out to her that she knocked over her kid.

Don't they usually have age requirements for paddock areas?

The mother was far more concerned with him signing her notebook than the fact that it was shielding the kid from his view. Then she continues to follow him instead of going back right away, until he points back and reminds her that her kid is crying?

    Waste of bandwidth.

    Kids......they need to grow up.

In his defense though, the notebook was open and obstructing his view, hiding the kid in a blind spot.

He should have gone back to the girl and look after her.
But that´s the way Kimi is.

He is arrogant, but everybody has his "bad" sites.

    But the mother isn´t better.

Good thing gentleman isn't a requirement for his job I guess.

Mom's behavior was reckless and crazy. Kimi's was in poor taste. If I had just knocked over a kid I would at least go back and make sure they were alright. I guess the mom didn't care either though so what can you say.

Agreed. It would have been cool to see him take his hat off, sign it and give it to the child. Oh well--cocktails are a-waitin'.

If he had I'm sure the mom would have snatched it right out of the kid's hands.

Anyone remember the bashing Alonso took on this site last season for not signing an autograph for a member of his fan club?

Had that been anyone but a Ferrari driver knocking over the kid, a lot of folks here would be up in arms, especially if it were Alonso or Hamilton.

As it is, that was a dumb move by Kimi, to just keep walking after knocking that poor kid over. For all the crap around here about NASCAR, you wouldn't see that in the pits.
