    Guys,

I recently just bought a redone 1978 308 GTS. I was at the FCA event and had a chance to meet a few of you guys. Jay the Rally was great and Rocco your Glass GTB is perfect. I hope that you did well with the judges. It looks like they were giving you the gears (Pun Intended) :)!

Anyways I know that it is hard sometimes to find the key blanks for the Ignition for these older cars so I had the Lock Depot (Near Yorkdale) order me in some. Their number is (416) 782-7662. If you need one and don't know what to look for you need a SP9 key blank and they are $10 each. They fit the older cars as I said listed here - DINO_BB_246_208_328_308_275_330_365. I know I'm going to get a couple, as I only have 1 set.

    Cheers,

    Marlon

    Welcome aboard!

Who do you trust to cut them properly? I have 2 blanks but not sure where to take them.

Lock Depot is at 3251 Dufferin, East side south of Yorkdale.
They did a great job on door lock keys for my 308GT4. Now need to get ignition done so thank you for posting.

When I had to get my keys done, I followed one simple rule: go to a reputable locksmith.....and look for the guy with the greyest hair. ;)

Little hint: the key blanks for the older Ferraris are the same as Fiat, Renault and Citroen.

Vasco Here is a pic of my car on the grass at the FCA Rally this year. She looks real nice and all shined up! Plus the back drop doesn't look so bad either.

Do you know where or when? It must have been before the new paint.

Lock Depot cut the Keys for me. He has both types of keys that may be needed. His address is 3251 Dufferin St. He is close to Orfus Rd. His number is (416) 782-7662.
