Yeah, and man his Bluetooth catches too much wind noise. Must have been the sweet, green slipstream of the Prius.

Do they also shave their arms so when resting it on the window sill there's less wind resistance?

I think all of the "greenhouse emissions" coming out of their mouths it more than offsets the savings of the car.

    I have this dream

The prius is one of the worst driving cars on the road from a sporting perspective. Some day, I'd like to improve on the Prius design. What is the easiest way to improve a sporting feel? Seat of your pants accelleration. Ditch the 3 cylinder high compression motor, and the electronics attached to the variable transmission. The question of power is only that of how much I'd want to spend on this SEMA worthy build. The obvious answer is a 427 LS7... but I've had Ford tendancies most of my life, and would likely aim at something off their shelves. Transmission... I think I'd aim for street use, rather then track use... so a compromise for a good T-56 is in order, rather then straight cut gears.

Tires are right out. I wouldn't be able to put the power down without a big contact patch. I also don't want to compromise the unmistakable style of the Yoda; so only slight fender flairing is in order.

Chances are, I'd have to start with a base chassis, and build from there, since there would be little besides the body, and a few interior trim bits that I'd end up leaving "stock"

I'd be sure to go to all the Prius shows, with my cut off valve's open directly from the headers on occasion. I know I'd be the fastest, gas guzzling (relatively... I'm sure I'd average well into the 30's if I were to drive her gingerly.... or well into the single digits when getting up to speed ;) )

    That's what I was thinking.

Oh, and I've also had a car on the highway keep speeding up and slowing down whenever I did, from 55 all the way up to 95. It freaked me out and I thought he was following me.
