There is only one other 348 in the whole country according to my (and the local Ferrari clubs) knowledge, so I have to do a PAP and look at my own. You could probably count the 355s on one hand as well. However, I see a 430 or a 599 every other day here though. Sat next to an Enzo at the traffic lights the other week as well!!! Lots of new money out here!
Yeah, sux when you have the only Ferrari in town! Mainly because you cannot go cruising with Ferrari friends.
I saw a red one on Sunday in the suburbs on and a Yellow one on my way to work Tuesday morning in the city.
Everyone I know that knows say I have the only 348 in Kuwait (and of course, it doesn't even look like a 348) ... there are some 355s, and you see them once in a while, but most of them are being sold and shipped off to Europe... What I see is 430s, 360s (lots of those), and occasional TR, 599s and 612s....The guy in the office accross from me has a 430 Scud that he drive about once a week, so I see it often... he also has a 355, a 360, a Carerra GT (which he drove today), and a few others... he's an accountant. Mike in Kuwait
First 348 i saw was in Atlanta Georgia at my Apartment complex while washing my car. An Atlanta Falcons player dropped off one of the strippers living in the complex. Everyone wanted to know what it was like to be with him and i just walked over to look at and hear the car. That was 1992 Since then maybe 5 or six times.
Never have. Of course, in my area of the country there aren't many Ferraris period, much less 348's. Saw a 430 a couple weeks ago on the interstate going through town, that's been about it.
Yeah, not many Ferrari friends here. The local guys usually have a Lambo and a Lexus in the garage as well, so they're not that interested. Between myself and Mr. Seals in Kuwait, I think we have the 348 world covered over here!
Saw another one yesterday afternoon. This one was a spider in red. Previous two were TS'. That's THREE in like 4 days!!!
I have seen just about every ferrari on the road (except for the older models) apart from the 348 and Enzo. Even saw an F50 drive through my village once but the 348 appears to be very elusive.
Same here....pretty much seen all modern Ferraris on the road during my short life, except 348. Only see 348s during our local exotic meets.
Nah, and I havent had my car out for over 4 weeks now, maybe 5 weeks! I have been TOO busy on days off to take Betsy out!
You can see mine every day going to the gym at Rio Del Oro in Sacramento. There are several here in the area that make it out of the garage on a regular basis. I even make it over to Ferrparts on Tower on a regular basis.
Honestly, I've never seen one on the road. I have seen one in a car park, and one on display at Knockhill race circuit before it did a couple of honour laps with a few other Ferraris. I once followed a 328 in rush-hour traffic and I once followed a 355 on some country roads. The 355 was really using its rev range, so it sounded terrific - I opened my windows to have a listen. As you might expect, I wasn't able to remain within audible distance for very long (I was in my MINI). All the best, Andrew.
I never see another 348 out on the road. That's probably why my 'ol girl attracts a fair amount of attention when she's out.
I saw a red spider in a suburb of Seattle. Once. Wish there were more owners around here! 348's look even better in motion.
Spotted this one at a van show, so technically shows don't count. But it sure looks good! Image Unavailable, Please Login
