    Synchro,

Still happy with the tires? I'm getting ready to buy tires and I'd like to know what they look like.

Can you post a photo of the tire mounted?

    Thanks,

    Steve

Apologies for the delay, I was SCUBA diving and kayaking in Northern Vancouver Island, British Columbia.

Bottom line is they look good, earlier this month I completed a run on the FCA-NWR International meet and they handled VERY well at extra-legal speeds.

I'd buy them again and have pulled the XWX's for show only now.

    Hi,

Does anyone have a pic showing the XWX next to a Vred for comparison? This would be great - I'm debating whether or not to spend $$$$$$ on XWX tires - I drive my car, but love the look of the XWXs - the cost is just ridiculous...

    Thank You,

    Anthony

I tried the Vredestein tyres, highly recommended, feel better than the Michelin tyre and about 30% cheaper

My friend at Cloverleaf auto has a set of the vreds on the floor.

someone here ordered them and then walked. Well his loss, our gain.

Call him as he's prepared to make a nice deal for someone on these.

    ask for Dave Cohen.

    Thanks,

Thanks guys - I'm sure they are good tires, but I would like to see how they look in comparison to the XWX - I have an early 308 and love the classic look.....

    Thanks!

    Hi,

I hate to ask again, but if anyone has a pic of the Vred Sprint Classic mounted on their car, I would love to see a pic - it would be very helpful in my decision!

    Thank You,

    Anthony

Scott, now that you've been running the Vred tires for a year (and I know frequently ;)...how have they held up? I was thinking of taking off the XWX and ordering a set of 5 Vred for my drive through Utah. Might need to source an extra set of wheels as well.

    Steve,
I wondered what the tires looked like so I played around with your photos. All are awfully dark but there was some detail in the shadows. Front and rear views do not show any tread pattern. Too dark under there. Side views show some detail. I can't wring any more out of the posted pictures. Might be able to do more with the originals but not much. Would be nice to have a good tire comparison on this forum. Need the first really clean pics of a mounted tire. Got to be some one out there who sells tires.
