Think of it as renting a book for a year, a living, breathing and fluctuating book where you can start chapters buy asking question and have wise knowledgeable people end the chapters as they begin the next chapter for you. Or you can skip your second coffee every third day for a few days and that spare chance will grant you access at no additional cost.
Why is the business section blocked? So people who really have experience to offer don't waste their time trying to give advice to those who can't be bothered to take it.

yes, the business section is active and more than worth it. think of it as a $15 subsciption to a business magazine with USEFUL info the stickies and searchable threads have tons of useful info, no matter what you're getting yourself into
