Amazing find. I'm so glad somebody took that and kept it
and ultimately shared it with everyone. Very cool

    Hi,

This is indeed a fantastic video!

My opinion is that the steering wheel must be the one of the Miura Roadster in its early form (1968 Brusels show), or the one that you can see one an early Espada. These steering wheels were maybe only one that was just swaped from one car to another, slightly retrimmed (on the Miura you can see a "Bertone" logo, whereas on the Espada there wasn't any logo).

I have no confirmation but I think these (or this) wheels were never standards but only fitted on some prototypes, and I think the use on the Islero was not standard at all. For a complete review on Isleros' interiors go to Lou Herrins fantastic Islero Information Exchange page:

    Best regards!

    Hi!

I also forgot to mention that the Marzal also had (still has?) this steering wheel. I also saw it on a picture fitted with a two spoke model but I think it was then replaced by this one.
I just spotted this 20 year old film on the net on which you can clearly see it:

The Marzal is also in the footage above. Still a work in progress. It's on the top level of a car carrier in front of an Espada. Starting at 1:32

The ride in the Islero seems to have been taken in an RHD country, strange...
