No. All F40s from the factory were red. However, many were painted another color after they left the factory.

While it does look good in yellow, I still prefer black and red.

The closest that comes to factory is Pininfarina doing a yellow RHD F40 I guess...

He was correct, all were painted red by the factory. Some we repainted after by Pininfarina. But, that is not considered the factory....

I don't like the F40 in yellow. Red fits it perfectly.

For all Ferrari supercars, the Red is the best.

I think its a good look for the car. I'm just so used to seeing it in red that any color change is a bit of a shock. But I do like it. I'm sure in person with that red interior it would be breath taking!

I have had my hands on at least 3 Yellow F40's and I am told that there where more. All were very late 1992 cars, all where in Japan at the time of my inspection and all had documentation to demonstrate they were ordered in yellow from the factory. None had any sign of ever being red. Additionally, I have spoken to sources at the factory confirming that there were at least 9 yellow cars and a couple of black cars. In 15 years of judging the turbo Ferrari's, I have never seen a US version in any factory color other than red/red.

    Youì're right, rob.

Diego Maradona's black F40 was ordered in black by Corrado Ferlaino, at the time (end of '80s) president of Napoli FC.
Car was black directly from the factory, i've read this (at the times) on very, very reliable italian specialized magazines, such as Autocapital.

I'd like to see this. To this day except for Pininfarina repaints, which some might consider factory, all were red from the Ferrari factory.

I think you're correct regarding the F40, but I prefer the Enzo black.

What kind of bike is that? Quite weird, but groovy anyway.
