    LOL. I had to replace mine as well...:( Still not very cold when it's 110 out, blow nice and cold once the sun goes down...:) I need to get the windows tinted

    The duhickie (pronounced doo-hick-ee) is the recirc flap valve. Ricambi sells a brass one I think as a replacement.

    Mine have the same problem.I just close it permanently..We dont need any outside air.With the recirc door open the A/C wont work properly. With that open it with increase the pressure of the system( 134a wont work properly with high pressure).Mine work perfect in 98f.Pressure.......35 lowpsi..225highside psi..You have to clean the condenser often(dirt clog the condenser and keep high pressure too).

    Same thing happened to my 348 duhickie....
    I got all the part from Ricambi, including the new motor.
    everything was less than $100.00
