My 430 at tickover seems to have a slight vibration (buzz feeling) in the steering wheel, is this normal, I just can't remember, everything seems fine the tickover is stable at approx 1000 rpm, I have booked it into Marenello but I am really unsure and don’t want to waste mine or their time, be great if any other 430 owners could give some feedback please.

Don't have a 430 (I wish) but when we first got our Mondial 3.4, I noticed the same thing.

I think it has to do with the flat crank design on the Ferrari v8s.
Most other v8s use a heaver 90 degree crank smoothing out the power strokes.

My 360 does not have vibration at the steering wheel from the engine idle.

Could be a bad or loose motor mount, or maybe PS pump.

What are you calling 'slight'....can you quantify the feeling?
