    Mate serious just drop everything and have no contact with her for at least a month (maybe more if you're not over her). I did the same thinking should I contact her or not. We didn't contact each other for at least 2 months. Afterwards we became friends and nailed her a couple of times. Then the contact got lost and it went on like that for 2 years. Nailing, no contact. Nailing etc etc. Now I'm at the other side of the world and we e-mail each other regurlary just as friends like I told her directly from face to face.

    Just be honest and tell her sorry but I don't want to have contact just for now and we'll what happens.

    Ok so ...Almost a year later, we are friends again.

    I have been dating another girl for almost a year but i have the occasional drink with Julie. Just to catch up and see how we are doing.

    Is that a bad thing ?
