Not necessarily incorrect, Basil. Rates could very well be excellent 'there' in Hamilton, as he said.
For you Aucklanders, there is a stunning Scuderia been prepped at CCS that might make its way onto the floor for a brief stay. They also just got in a pretty outrageous silver spider with a boatload of options. 500k's worth. Ouch. And the F40 aint bad...
hooold up.... the F40 is at CCS?! and to add my contribution, spotted a new GTR out at Puke two weekends ago, sadly it was here and gone within a few minutes and didnt get out on track. last weekend i was down at the snow - godly weather and the lines were flowing nice and quick. Damn it was good to get back on the board!
What a day for spotting! Started as I drove out of Hamilton heading north to Auckland, just out of town 2 Porsche and a 308!!!! Then a Bentley GT, then a DB7 then a 360 (Nero on nice rims) then a Merci then a LP560 then some OHOS Bentley sedan, many many Porsche around incl a nice 997 GT3. Another 360 (Red and ruff) Great day for it! I'll be out and about tomorrow too.
Not today had to go to Auckland to pick up some parts for my mud truck. Will be out in the 355 tomorrow though, supposed to be excellent weather.
Ah, ok. Enjoy tomorrow then brother. The weather here has REALLY heated up!! Man!! Going to be a very hot summer this year I think. My poor 348 will melt out in this blistering Isa sun.
Yeah, she can be hot up your way alright, some nice evening runs for the 348 in the coming months might be just what the doctor ordered. Nothing quite like driving a Ferrari at the end of a nice summers day watching the sun set, life can be magic sometimes.
Actually, the Doctor ordered surgery for my anal fissure....... Otherwise, life is good out here mate.
This black 550 Barchetta was spotted in Compton, California by an American Fchatter. Get this.......the Barchetta had New Zealand plates on it! Do you Kiwi boys know this person by any chance?? Wouldnt be too many black 550 Barchetta's in Kiwi land eh? A black, RHD 550 Barchetta cruising the streets of Compton. Probably had NWA blaring through the stereo also! Na, don't race it, had a rally car and a race mini but both now sold. Mud truck is use for going bush and playing in the mud. Helps me deal with my OCD cleaning problem. I'll see if i have some pic's, it's nothing special.
Thats ok James, I just remember going to a few events when I lived back home. The mud trucks were awesome. They almost went vertical in hill climbs. Huge 500 million cubic inch V8's. Aaaaaahhh the sound was just sensational.
Yep, that's the sorta thing except think, cheap......and no V8.........and can't climb near vertical........and yeah other than that there the same....... (Not) Lotsa fun in the mud, just a passing phase for me though I think, sports cars are more my thing.
