Not really. An extremely old one. Quite unimaginative in fact.

Certainly good humored and intended to amuse though, unlike some of your more offensive references to Max Mosley's penis I had the misfortune to read before the mod deleted them.

What's with you and Max Mosley's penis? Its a re-occurring theme in your posts with your opinion on all its latest doings. Seems a bit odd, really.

I wish many of you would simply return to your family and what is ACTUALLY important in life ... and please give FerrariChat a rest.

Honestly the world will continue to revolve without FerrariChat and F1 in your life, and the rest of us will be better off without you.
    Pete
    ps: I've done it ...

Wow, for all of you LH/McLaren apologists/lovers that come in here I have something to say. Read the thursday press conference from Italy. I love Lauda and always liked Irvine's rebellious attitude, but let's see what four current drivers had to say. Four drivers that have no axes to grind and are not British nor have reasons to be bias.

I bet there aren't any drivers in F1 who don't think they are the best, except..... (insert excuse here... like "I dont have a good car/support of my team/chance/set up on the car, etc, etc).

So when you have a bunch of guys who are all egomaniacs trying to be the best, it's only natural and to be expected that they would look to the guy who *is* at the top of the heap and think he deserved to get penalized.

Do you think Jarno is going to oppose a penalty that puts him even further from the lead? Of course not.

    Unbiased? You must be joking.

What's on my mind is I believe you should've received a short ban for that filth you posted. The mod deleting it didn't reduce how offensive it was one iota.

Clearly you are out of your depth, and do not know the facts!!, stick to the racing and keep out of matters which do not concern you.

I will never understand why some approach every problem with an open mouth.

Just for the record I'm not a McLaren fan. Never was, couldn't care less about them and was quite adamant last year, that they get thrown out of the championship for 2008. Didn't happen, so be it.

I am however a lover of F1 first and foremost. F1 as a sport and its integrity to me is much more important than what Ferrari does.

Many on here are happy with the penalty simply because it hit the competition and gave Massa a leg up in the championship. To all of you I say: Imagine if the roles had been reversed? What if e.g. Massa had done the chicane approach, but given back the position to Hamilton immediately and Domenicali had asked the stewards twice whether it was ok. And Massa had gone on to win the race, only to find out hours later that it was all for nothing. Wouldn't you all then listen to what the Laudas and Irvines had to say?

I said it before and I say it again:

    - Handing out figure skating like jugements on the passes in F1 is going to ruin the sport
    - Changing race results after the podium ceremony pisses off everybody. If you have a legitimate reason for a penalty that couldn't be applied beforehand (I have a hard time thinking of one), then loose some positions on the grid at the next race.

Your flogging a dead horse Andreas. Many on here have been calling it like it is. Its just some in here that think results should not be changed after the race ends. I can tell you honestly that even if it had been Massa that I would say the same thing. It was wrong of (insert driver) and he paid the price. Massa was black flagged last year for leaving the pit lanes when the light was red. To me that was a bit much..Maybe a stop and go would have suited the situation but rules are rules and I said nothing to the contrary and neither did many others on here. The sad part is that you guys are looking ahead to what happened after the incident. If Kimi had not crashed out and he lost by a car length then Im sure you would look at it differently. Problem here is you cant look at what happened afterward. You can only judge those 10 to 15 seconds on the track when the infraction took place.

    Another absurd penalty.
To take a top driver car out of the race for an idiotic infraction screws the driver, the team, the fans, and the sport.
The punishment should fit the crime.

    Agreed.

Black flagging for going through that red was overkill. A drive through would have been appropriate.

Franco, explain why no penalty was given here, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-5UnPeyzcHM and you may have a point.!! one of many, because IMO that's where the problem lie's, so why make this judgement now. Afterall it is you!! that say's F1 is a staged production.

    Wrong.

But just for the sake of argument, wouldn't YOU be pissed if you performed as a steller #2 driver - and STILL got sacked ?

Eddie has every right to be pissed for being sacked - and he probably IS pissed - but that doesn't mean it translates to his opinions of other things, such as this incident in question.

But it IS a staged production, most know that.

What do you think would happen if all-of-a-sudden races were DOMINATED by Force India , Toro Rosso and Red Bull ?
No, that's not going to happen, but WHAT IF ?

F1 CANNOT SURVIVE without Ferrari, and anyone with an IQ above 3 knows that, and you can bet the FIA does !

Please don't say F1 is staged. May be partially true, but like Peter Pan, I still want to believe.
FIA cannot survive without Ferrari, not F1. Big difference. Last time I checked my IQ was above 3. No Really.
