    where were you getting gas? i paid 3.69 at the sams off of manchester last night, 5.30, wow. at least this is just temporary (knock on wood) until they get the refineries in the gulf operational again

    In the Netherlands we pay 1.53 Euros for one litre.
    That is 5.8289 Euros for one gallon and that translates to 8.2793$ for a gallon.

    So 5$ isn't that bad. :)

    I paid $4.15 a gallon for gas last night and I had to go to two different gas stations since the gas stations in my area aren't letting you buy more than 10 gallons.

    I left Houston bc of IKE and the news here was reporting one station near I-10 charging $8/gallon for regular unleaded. I think they'll be getting a call from the AG's office.
