that might wake him up, AND we would have a realistic chance of winning both the drivers and manufacturers.... somebody pls call LDM and tell him the new gameplan

Wow, that would be a major kick in the A** for Kimi, and it would be just awsome to see Lewis getting a lesson from the master !! Sadly it will never happen, in the old Man's day it would off!

That would only make sense. Ferrari would but I doubt Mike would want to.

And do what, put MS as #2 to Massa? Massa is in the hunt for the championship, MS would simply reduce Massa chances for the drivers trophy.

Send Kimi down to GP2 for the series final race and bring Sennaha up for the rest of the season. This might wake Kimi up and Senna can't get Pantano in the final race so nothing is lost. He might not be the best there is, but he drives the nuts off of whatever he races.

That would be excellent but i would do it for next season. MS vs LH vs Alonso vs Massa vs Kubica vs Vettel. That would be a ratings winner all season long.

sounds to good to ever be true.yet it would get me a lil bit mad that it's not for Michael to run for his 8th WDC.I do agree overall though.Bring the real "Regenmeister" and make Kimi attend AA meetings until winter testing.

The whole point is to bring him in to help Massa not hinder his chances. If MS came back now for the rest of the season then Massa would be a shoe in for the WDC.

no, the idea would be that ms support massa's attempt at the trophy. he would have no reason not to since you cannot win any trophy in 4 races. BUT he could show the world he is still the master, it would kick kimi in the ass and he would either shape up or he would quit, in which case he breaks the contract and they dont have to pay for him, and can replace him with another, like vettel, for small change

MS has no desire to be out on the track anymore. All he wants to do is get speeding tickets and chase his wife around the house :D He does not have to risk is life anymore.

I'd love to see MS back in the seat, but not at Kimi's expense. Clearly he has the will and capability to win races (look at how hard he tried in Spa and how he's set the fastest lap of most of the races this year) but he's having a hard time getting heat into his tires based on his driving style. Once they figure a solution to this you'll see Kimi return to form. Ferrari have also admitted to have a worse wet weather setup than mclaren.

I truly think Michael would have made it his PERSONAL MISSION to crush Hamilton and defend Ferrari's honor, and unlike Ferrari's miserable years when Alonso took WDC, the F-cars are easily good enough to win this year. Massa's been working to the best of his ability with the car he was given, I can't say the same for Kimi. We only see the best of his ability at the END of the races this year.

Here's some perspective-----If both Massa and Kimi had not had engine failures this year, think how much higher their points would be. Massa would be P1. But "ifs" don't count in the end..........

If Schumi had not had an Engine Failure in Japan 2006, he would of most likely be a 8 times champ now ! But your right, "ifs" don't count in the end....

It especially doesn't count for anything when you do the maths:

    Alonso : 134 - 2 = 132 (getting 8 points instead of 10 at Japan)
    Schumacher : 121 + 10 = 131

well we'll see what happens in singapore. my guess is kimi totally disappoints. he will not help massa. and we will be back to wishing schumi was in the seat, just for the sheer fun of it ! now, who was supposed to pass this decision on to luca?

only for schumacher to be hit on the rear tire by fisichella (ironically, alonso's team mate), had to come in for change of tires. then he drove a strong race to be 4th. started 10th because at the start of qualifying his fuel pump failed. I recon, that IF his engine didnt blow and his fuel pump was ok he would have taken the championship.

Its a shame we dont ever see him compete in formula 1 ever again...
