yeah the pristine Accord with $700 in brand new 80K mile goodyear tires that only have 2K miles on them. I am heading for MRI at 1600 I didn't hold up as well as the Accord. I can barely turn my head or move today.

    Frank,

Best of luck with everything. I was in an accident last month and am "ok" but some lingering effects. I'll be happy to drive the TR to Cardi Gras for you! :)

LOL. guess she's one who doesn't "get it" when it comes to cars.

My daughter could car less about the car but seems to like the boys noticing her getting in it.

Ouch. Hope you feel better soon.

My brother got in a wreck in his Jeep a couple weeks ago. The insurance company totaled it out but he wanted to keep driving it since it was still in good running condition but not put any money back into it. So he has some nice silver duct tape on the passenger side door. Let me know if anyone in New Orleans spots a super sexy red Jeep with duct tape on it.

Sparta, hope you feel better. Hopefully it is just soreness and nothing serious. I was in a wreck a few years ago and I'm still seeing specialists to try and find a solution to my problems.

If you like it this would be your chance to get it in cheap. I'd be surprised if they get $40K for the car.

Gez- the pic of the engine bay looks horrible compared to the way it was when it was sold to him.

How do you figure $40k? The starting bid is $50k. I did notice that the engine bay pic looked terrible! He could have at least cleaned it a up a bit...

Flat black paint looks like un painted E-coat. I don't know why anyone would do that to a Ferrari.

Seems like whenever anyone posts a pic of a flat black 360 or 430 it gets load of 'mean looking car' and 'aggressive' plus lots of other compliments. I just don't get it. It always looks horrible on any car. Looks like primer. Cars should shine!

My job would be a lot easier if no one wanted shiny cars! DuPont could sell lots of primer.

$40K is what i think the car would bring if sold on the market. You can put whatever minimum bid you want- i don't think he'll find any takers. IMO.

I spotted a yellow 355 spider last night about 6:30pm going northbound on 165 + Loop Rd... Never seen it before in the area. Anyone on here?

    Cheers,

The flat black paint looks much better in the ebay pics than it did in person.

Hmm. $40K, you say... How much does a good (enough) red paint job go for these days?

As long as the only pictures show it parked in a backyard I don't think anyone is going to bid - it looks like Gustav put it there.

On another note: I live in Baton Rouge and visit New Orleans plenty, but I have much fewer exotic spottings as the rest of you. I must be on the wrong streets...

The car was origionally gloss black. Restoring it to the origional color probably wouldn't be too bad.

Going red would require a lot more work to get the jambs and such looking decent.

I saw this today. I see it all the time, but this is the first time I've been so lucky as to get a picture. I always wonder how people decide which product to dedicate their car to. And what happens if you drive the Dr. Pepper car and go to McDonald's and order a Coke?!?

It's the one off "Lambo Bella Del Coco Chanel Pepper SV" car. Very rare and possibly desirable.

    That will buff right out.

Will she be entombed at St. Louis #3 or Bayou Steel #1?
