    I may have to take a nother picture but I found this under the spare wheel cover when cleaning out the dust,its near the dash on the passenger side it looks like it might be for a alarm or something any ideas?

    but I don't have anything for it,nor hows it hooked up,I've had the car for a year now,I'm now afraid to discount it that it may make the car not to start,you think I should go to a place that installs them to find out more of what I have?

    Mike- Affirmative. They should be able to tell you what you have and whether it is still active. The system may have been removed and someone just missed this particular sensor.

    It's an old Clifford motion sensor. Give it a good shake/wiggle, if the LED on it lights up, then it is still connected to power. You can remove it either way, as it is just an input to a main unit located elsewhere. Even if the main unit were still active, removing the motion sensor would not cause any problems other than loss of that input.

    Just make certain that arrow which is pointing up, never points down while driving.
