    I recently took the windshield wipers off of my '85 308 to clean up the look a little. It's not like it ever sees the rain anyway. Thing is, now I have two bright gold wiper stubs sticking out. Is there anything made to cover these up in black (or red)? Maybe a suggestion of how to make such a thing if no such animal exists? Thanks.--John

    here here mate!!! first thing i did when i got my baby was to ditch the w/blades she will never see the rain anyways..... i got 2 dome nuts and painted them satin black and put them on there.... most times cops dont even no the w/blades are missing off the car

    That could work. Maybe with a piece of black rubber tubing to cover the lower part of the stem?

    i think the rubber tubing would look poxy maybe paint the lower part balck also
