if so, looks like they may have their first claim agaist them. Someone cited an article about them in the recent weeks saying they've yet to experience problems i believe.

Could it have been some flaw in the metal when they were made perhaps?? :):)

I have had problems with both a muffler and headers from them. And these were new pieces. Incomplete welds and a muffler made wrong.

Interesting, I have a Quicksilver muffler on my car and it's been perfect for nearly a year now. Guess I'm glad I don't have quicksilver headers.....

Identical to the failure of the OE headers. I have to find the photos of the headers repaired with galvanized fence posts....

Those headers had the heat shields on them.

I prefer 16ga. black steel gas pipe...since Home Depot carries a large selection of threaded fittings no welding is involved, just make sure you use the yellow teflon tape on all threaded fittings

Sounds like the reason for the rear spring upgrade.....

Yep...and will need some stiffer front springs too as I am running the exhaust forward to exit where the fog lights are....ram air exhaust should be worth an extra 100hp at the front wheels...

The only danger involved with that is, if you turn into a strong headwind, your car can instantly gain 20-30mph. Be careful!
