Paul Newman Passes Away

He was a great guy, I met him a few times at Lime Rock

He will be missed. But he will live on, well beyond most people ever will, especially by those touched by his great charitable work, and by the great films he made.

Wow, may he rest in peace.

 

Today's San Diego Union Tribune newspaper had this quote by Newman:

"I picture my epitath: 'Here lies Paul Newman, who died a failure because his eyes turned brown'"

I doubt his eye color made him a success, it's his heart & brain. RIP

 

R.I.P. a talent that will never be equaled.

 

I heard that one of his last comments to his daughter was "It's been an honor to be here."

Wow.

 

Another quote I just remembered from “Inside the Actor’s Studio” when James Lipton asked his famous series of questions. “What is your favorite sound?” Newman replied, “A V8”. Now that rocks!
