Assuming it goes for close to the estimate, you certainly can't.

There always seem to be some interesting cars/prices at these provincial auctions.
Will have to get myself along to one at some point. Better leave the credit card at home though :)

Auction estimtes are not always very accurate of the final sale price!

I wonder why the owner of the Aston DB4 convertible consigned it to this auction. The estimate is way more than any of the other lots.

I love the red e-type at £18-22k. Not much before of since has been as astheticaly pleasing. :)

I agree, as long as it mostly works lots of fun for fun money!

    Hi Jeff,.
If it doesn't work; I guess you could probably make money by buying it and selling it for spares

can go horribly wrong, unless the buyer breaks it for spares.

not so sure about the Mondial, you've got the most underperforming Ferrari built, which has even had its bumpers colour coded - yuck!!

best buy is the 230SL Pagoda or the e type, which is a bit cheap

Agreed. Mondi's are getting pretty rare and as I've recently found during my restoration, parts are getting harder to find.....and £££!
