I remember being back in elementary school and reading Road and Track in our school's library. All of the other kids used to pick up the music magazines and comic books so I pretty much had the car magazines to myself. One month R&T came in with a road test on the new 911 Turbo Carerra. I still remember the pictures today. It was white with the word Carrera in a funky blue script along the rocker panels. With its whale tail and bug-eyed front end, this car had me mesmerized.

To this day, I would love to get my hands on a White/Blue 1974 Turbo Carrera and it is on my "gotta get one" list as it is like the 308, rolling sculpture on four wheels.

Here is a pic of a black and red 1974 TC. The red wheels are a bit much but still a classic.
