He does seem cool until he started singing in the movie Mama Mia. Everybody in the audience started laughing when he was singing.

Yeah, I agree with ya on RDJ being more deserving to be on the list than Charlie Sheen. Neither of these guys are role models for the way they live their lives, but it'd still be cool to hang out with these guys for a week and see how they operate. I just threw both their names out there because they both seem to work hard & play harder, and live life as if there is no tomorrow. They both go at life without a net, and it seems to work out rather well for them.

And I can understand the dislike of Charlie Sheen on this forum... Sheen starred in 'No Man's Land', and he played a car thief who only stole Porsches. One scene Sheen and co-star walked up to a 512 BB and the co-star asked "What about this one?? Not too shabby". Sheen replies "Nahh, Italian trash. Besides, I only steal Porsches!".

Exactly. You don't have to follow each and every one of their actions to think that they're cool.

I agree that smoking is a bad habit, and using a gun to harm innocent people is not a good thing. However, I don't smoke and have never fired a gun.

If I watch an action movie, I know that no one is really getting shot or killed, so I see nothing wrong with enjoying an action movie, or finding it "cool" that Schwarzenegger is acting as a 1-man army in movies like Commando.

About the smoking thing: I don't do it myself, but I can't force my opinions upon others. I can provide a suggestion if that person is smoking in front of me, but I can't do anything if that person is smoking on-screen. And when a b@d-@$$ character has a cigarette or cigar in their mouth, it just builds that character. It doesn't affect my decision to (not) smoke.

Any James Bond from Sean Connery to Pierce Brosnan is way cool. There is really no comparison. Of the modern action heroes you have Harrison Ford as Han Solo & Indiana Jones who cracks the whip & is the man of the hour - any hour. He is an expert on cool & has done the research.
