    If you own the house... that is a great thing. However, being in a bad loan on a house is what is not good. Having a good loan you can afford not bad... owning your home outright... is a very good thing.

    What exterior color did you go with? If memory serves me correct giallo modena(yellow)? Stripe/no stripe, leather/no leather, etc... Any chance of posting some pictures?
