    Thanks jim but just bought a second hand one on uk ebay hence the question . Hope its ok seller reckons it is. If not will pm you re yours. Mine was in good condition but has gone all notchy following a minor off where bent the lower wishbone arm and ball joint. Think it may have bent the rack but need to get it off first.

    Jim your rack wont be any good for John.LHD rack wont go on a RHD car

    John, Superformance have new racks and also have a quick turn rack as well.If I were you I would have the one you bought of Ebay reconditioned if it hasn't been already.At a very minimum I would replace the passenger side bush

    Good point! Have spoke to Colin At superformance (good guy) and will probably refurb the rack with his quick rack parts although he reckons that it makes the steering feel abit heavy. Anyone else any quick rack experience ? I have 16inch rims and 225 tyres on the front so quite heavy already.

    I've got the Superformance fast rack-pinon gear in a modified 328 housing on my 365bb. Even with 225/40's, on 17x8" rims, the steering feel is just fine. Sure, she's a bit "heavier than stock" at very low speeds. But the increased steering response far outweighs the modest increase in effort...And I run far more negative camber than "stock"!

    Thanks David, I will go for the quick rack option as my GT4 is essentially just a track / race car. I think the superformance quick rack option is not sold as complete but requires fitting to a doner rack housing but looks simple enough.
