Where to get F40 ECU ?

    So my mechanic told me that the part of the ECU controlling the turbos is shot, thus we are installing a digital wastegate controller

    but he is now worried the rest of the ECU could be bad too

    So if that happens, then where in the world can I find "new" F40 ECUs ?

    Maybe a salvaged one? Or straight from Ferrari? What about Ricambi?

    PS: William, I am traveling to the USA this winter (my summer). I may contact you to go out for a coffee - in your F40 of course :lol:

    Will, I think Ricambi has some...make sure they are the updated green ones.

    I am pretty sure it is a Webber P8 unit used in, amongst other things, an Escort Cosworth. I would say that new ones are going to be very hard to find, but used ones are no problem...
