5th annual "Enthusiast day" for charity

As promised here is the itinerary for the day.

9AM until ??? Come see the amazing transformation of the Lotus Elise from Track car to Show car ( well almost) Yes every possible blemish that you could imagine on a car is represented on this three year old track car with 8k track miles. Nick the detail guy will demonstrate his technique on every aspect of this car and its blemishes. By the end of the day you will have learned a ton and will witness the amazing transformation!! FWIW I will be paying full price for the detail and Nick has agreed to donate 100% to the Boys and Girls Club!!! What a guy!!

Dyno Schedule: 8AM- 5PM I have deliberately left more time in between each run in case the Dyno has a hickup.$75 per participant. Check payable to Delaware PCA

F1 Brazilian Grand Prix Qualifying will be live on Speed TV at 2PM. We have a Large screen TV set up for your viewing pleasure.

A Powder coating Demonstration will be held at 2PM. Come see how this process is done. From Raw steel to powder coated before your eyes. This demonstration is free!!!

Yet to be specifically scheduled but promised is a demonstration of alloy wheel repair. If you have a nick or a gouge you want fixed email me so I can get you scheduled. [email protected]

Remember this is all for the Boys and Girls club to raise funds for a holiday party for dissadvantaged children in inner city Wilmington. It is our 5th year of doing this holiday party for the kids. They have already emailed me to ask me if we plan to do it this year. I think they fear the economy will take its toll on this welcome event but I have assured them we plan to rise to the occassion regardless of the economic circumstances we face currently. Of course 100% of the fees charged for the Dyno and the Paintless Dent removal and the Detailing and the alloy wheel repair go directly to buy the supplies for the Christmas kids event. Everyone is donating their time. Dupont Motorsports and I are donating the facility. If you want you can show your support by attending and donating to the cause. A donation box will be on display. If you pay by check please make your check payable to Delaware PCA. The Delaware Porsche Club is a co-sponsor and will facilitate the financial record keeping and arrange for the purchase and payment of the toys and the food and beverage for the Christmas party itself.
