A "ONE OF A KIND" 612 Sessanta

The first pics makes the car look 'gold' over 'brown'. The later pics show it to be yellow, MUCH better combo IMO. I'd love to see good pics of the interior, without the seat covers.

I've made a factory-visit last november and i saw the first station of production from this car! It's cool to see it now complete!

 

I like people who go out on a limb. While I would not have chosen the colors I think it looks very good and feel it would be very stunning in person. Nice choice.

ok, another guess on this thread:

it looks like this is going to be one of the fascinating Factory-Stories once again:

We all know about the 60 Anni Celebrations at Maranello and for sure many of use, including myself, have seen 155221 on display there, being a Sessanta with the "one and only FXX-badge". Within the last weeks, 155221 was more than once indicated to be one of the 2008-Magic-India-Tour cars. Up to then, 150719 and 158760 have been indentified as the both India-Cars. Interessting enough, 155221 and 158760 both show the special undercarriage fitted for Indian road conditions, 150719, displayed at the Factory's Galleria doesn't have it and appears to be a livery "mock-up" of 155221. Confusing enough? I think so

At this years Leggenda e Passione auction there was one Magic India Tour Scaglietti for sale, another one was at the Galleria and a third one was supposedly at the factory.

To add to the confusion... Unfortunately no serial numbers.

Does anyone know if these wheels are 19" or 20"? I'm just looking to put a set of snow tires on my 612 for the winter and am caught between a slight size mismatch on the 20" challenge wheels I have (the rears that are available are 275/35R20 vs the correct size of 285/35R20). I have the guys looking into the modular wheels which are 19s, but I really don't like those wheels, whereas I do like these. Not much point if these are also 20s though, but from looking at the pics they look "smaller" than the challenge wheels.

 

I love the color in real life. The 612 is a pleasure to ride in and sounds wonderful....especially when it is FXX driven by the man himself through the curves and on the straightaway! Comfortable as my Riviera and a bunch faster.....hi to Carbon....stop over for some food!

It should be. I remember seeing your FXX badge in the booklet that came with my friends' Sessanta. The badge in his 612 commemorates the '57 Testarossa (car #11 I think). Your car looks awesome by the way!

 

I believe that was when the car was being prepped at the dealer. I doubt the guy would make pics like that.
