    I myself have been looking at a new home for the past 8 months and due to the economy and prices dropping [and problems with a couple of the houses] I've pulled out of escrow over 5 times now. I need to take more time as you did and find something I really like.

    Pap - I'll get some pics up soon. I get the keys tomorrow. The previous owner was having trouble finding a place, so I let him stay a few extra days, provided that he leave the 42" plasma that's mounted on the wall.

    Greg - I can't buy Chris' 348, because I too would never drive it.;) It's too perfect.:D

    About a year ago I had the same choice to make, real estate or sports car - Ferrari or classic vette maybe) http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/showthread.php?t=174259.

    I went with real estate. I bought two condo units in Orlando. I presently owe $286,000 and they are worth about $89,000!!!!!!!

    I remember those deals, I almost moved on some of that myself: those projection sheets had those things tripling in value in a year's time! Hang onto 'em, they'll turn right-side up in 12 years. Then again, the Myan calendar has the end of time pegged at 2012....so wtf, we've only got 3 years & 2 months left. ;)
