Nice photo's, thank you for sharing. This Enzo looks to have a stripe over it, any photo's from the front?
Well, you CANNOT drive LHD cars in Australia. So he cannot drive the Enzo on the road, period! I am not sure about New Zealand and their LHD laws? From memory, you also cannot drive LHD cars there?? Am I right? If you cant drive it, then why not leave it in another Country for some months of the year and say the car "lives there", and then bring it back into Australia to his showroom for the remainder of the year and show it off. Avoids paying tax on the car here in Australia. He could fly that Enzo back and forth to NZ for the next 20 yrs with the amount of money he will save by not paying tax on an Enzo in Australia.
If i look at the picture of the front i think it started life as a red car. Between the panels you see the painted line. But i'm not completly sure.
Whilst I agree with you, there are factors involved that prevent the car from being used on a public road. Remember that a flight from Aussie to NZ is short and the owner may own property here, so while it is "on holiday" in another country it might be here for the many different reasons, it is not wise to assume the car is here just being "stored", although that may be the case, I have no first hand info on this and everything I just said is pure speculation. It is nice to have 2 Enzo's here what ever the reason. Correct Pap The Enzo cannot be registered here until it is 25 years old, I have owned and driven a LHD car registered here, great fun and fully legal if over 25 years of age. That Enzo will be awesome to use on the road when the laws allow it. Thank you for posting
Grigio scuro. Anyone has more pics of this beauty ? Looks very unusual ! Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Gotta say... They did something right when the Enzo from 2004 looks more modern than any other supercar even today, almost 5 years later.
Love this color. Anyone know the deal with the purported S/N in the pic. I thought the S/N of the "last" Enzo, # 400 was 141920, where as this is clearly higher.
I love this car - 1st time I saw one with my own eyes was in 2006 - could not belive it - I stood there and just drooled for 20 minutes.
Matt, I'm pretty confused myself with this serialnumber. Here's why ... SG.5204 (CH) was spotted in Urdorf (CH) on 12/08/2005 as being Titan Grey, wearing serial number 138346 and assembly number 55368 In 2006 at the Geneva Classics is appears to be a Grigio Scuro one with serial 143955 ?? About the color : a respray or wrap could be the answer (I have a pic of the Titan Grey one, but as the pic is not of the best quality, it's possible that on that time it was already Grigio Scuro) But the VIN ??? : Probably a tipo, because 134955 is an Enzo, now driving in Spain on plates 3096 DZB and now being red ! Andreas, Maybe you can help us out on this one ?? Enclosed the bad picture of SG.5204 in Urdorf (Not my picture !!) Eddy Image Unavailable, Please Login
The identification on the first pics (post #665) is totally wrong. It is not 143955. Not at all. The one and only correct serial number is 138346, nothing else. The car is Grigio Scuro, NOT Titanio or whatever. And no wrap but true color. The interior is naturale. I know the owner personally and checked it out personally. The engine number is 84733. Re 134955: It is Rosso Corsa 322 with red leather. Assembly #52081, engine #79312, gearbox #265, differential #185251. November 2003 sold new to official dealer Testarossa Cars SA in Spain. Sold to Mrs Nuria Vivancos of Barcelona, Spain. Sold 05/18/2008 at RM Auction in Maranello, Lot #341. No longer in Spain today. Marcel Massini
Just only to be more correct,i made this picture the 12/08/2005 at Foitek's dealership in Urdorf. regards Ivo
