WOW, the interior looks just as beautiful as the exterior.

Nice car. I guess Ferrari has alot of free time on their hands to start chopping tops!

Almost all the official pics make me think they are photoshops. Anyone else has this feeling?

I love it! The only thing I DON'T like are the stripes and the rims on the red press shot. I don't know Italian, but I think on the interior "hot spot" near the center, it says it comes with a 16 GB Ipod Touch lol...

This Scuderia Spider is only ~80kg lighter than the standard F430 Spider, while the Scuderia is 110kg lighter than the standard F430 Coupe.

Did I miss a pic with the top up?

I know that most of you will disagree, but doesn't seem that Ferrari has gone a little overboard with their use of Alcantara, I mean its nice and all and it saves a bit of weight, but to have it on the seats, dash, and the steering wheel, it just seems to be a bit too much, but thats my own opinion.

The Alcantara looks good, its the CF that is getting overboard

WOW......looks like I'm kicking myself in the ass right now. Sorry guys for my lack of knowledge on this car. I assume that some tuner shop chopped the top off and called it a spider. Didnt know that it was Ferrari itself. WOW.....I feel like a total deuche bag right now.

In any case, I still dont like the stripes. I think they should have gone with the original strips that were on the coupe. After reviewing the other pics ppl posted.....it looks hella good. And yes....fit and finish is exactly like Ferrari's. HHAHAHAH, laugh it up. I really do like the 5 spoke rims. And that rear badging would be interesting to see.

Again.....I still feel like a deuche. I will research next time before I explode my thoughts onto this forum.

hrm hard to be sure completely, but just form the pics, imo the standard f430's looks better when comparing the two spyder versions. The scud coupe is sexy hands down tho..

Ferrari doesn't like to put an actual number like '#6 of 499 built' on their limited series models any more. Are they once again leaving themselves some room for expansion on the count?
I think the folding hardtop 430 replacement with a TT motor will be more versatile...

    Why 16?
Was there a 15 last year or any previous years?
Did it just work out that this car was about to come out, so they decided to make 499 special ones.
One more, What separates this from the regular scud spider?

499 is all about marketing in a poor economy.

This is it, there's no regular Scuderia Spider.
