Finally 430 price below $150k

Based on my experience (myself and other recent Stradale buyers) the two have different buyers. I had the opportunity to buy incoming 430 allocations at list but opted for the Stradale and when I was looking some of my competition were planning to trade in 430(s) for Stradales. I know someone out there is considering trading a Stradale in for a 430 but why go for a unique car of a few hundred in the US to a 430 where there are several thousand.

 

^A F430 painted in metallic lime green will be more 'unique' than a Scuderia don't you think? (also costs a lot less)

 

We have seen a bit of slow down, more so in the elective cosmetic areas...such as Lasik eye surgery, botox injections, plastic cometic surgery....Being in the Washington D.C. area, we dont seem to be effected as much as some parts of country due to government employment and gov. contracting.....How are things in the midwest???

Great deals on houses but bleak on the business side. Hopefully we are close to the bottom. I'm down from 78 employee's to 30. I hate downsizing.

 

Real estate is bad here in Florida with nothing selling at my condo property. 22 for sale out of 219 units. It looks like we're all in this together.

back on topic, if this goes for this price, wonder what it will do to others...2009 should be a buyer's year.

 

Unfortunately (or not, particularly if you are a buyer), high-end luxury car dealers are going to fall dramatically by the wayside; the inventory costs, large fixed overheads, soft market conditions, and considerable use of leverage to open and maintain a store are just too difficult to maintain in the wake of the new frugality of consumers after trillions wiped out by real estate and the financial markets. Make sure you get your refundable deposits back if you have them out and be very careful about wiring money for car purchases - dealers are playing games to preserve, conserve and generate cash. Their game is now survival............ Luxury car prices - more bank owned high end exotics?????

(FWIW - there were some "rumored" prices at SEMA for high end exotic cars that were almost shocking (at least relative to the recent past)....)

 

Wow the exotic market is taking a bath. It is a buyers market!

 

wait until jan/feb...gonna be 5-10k softer after dems take office.
