Good God, that is HIDEOUS! I like how the first of the "Additional Photos" in the ad has a large dumpster plainly visible in the background, and how the seller describes his own operation as "reputable".

I was looking at the first pics thinking - OK - wouldn't buy a purple car myself but that's not so bad... then I saw the interior :( - I really need a vomit smiley here!

I just puked in my mouth a little bit.
Some 22" wire wheels would be the icing on that cake!

    I'll take it...

.....and respray it white or black.

maybe dye some of the interior a contrasting color as well.

When I first saw the ad I thought hmmm purple. Actually doesn't look THAT bad, but the interior. It boggles my mind why someone would take an Esprit (or any car) with red guts and think.........yeah, lets paint it PURPLE.

Whats funny is that there are more than just 1 person involved. It's not like leaving the house wearing something hideous. The owner, bodyman, and painter at least. not to mention any other employees. You would think someone would say "are you f**king crazy, you want to paint it purple"

No, business is business to them, they don't care what you paint your car.

Hahahahaha! Oh god, this dealer clearly knows nothing about the car he is selling.

Beautiful car, love the red interior, not so sure on the exterior, why not paint it black? Blk/Red combo would look ace on an Esprit.

That colour combo certainly explains the low miles. I'd be ashamed of driving it too.

It'd be okay at night I suppose. Mercury vapour street lights would make it look better.

Reminds me of those purple "Dracula" popsicles they had when I was a kid, that were grape outside with red (cherry?) inside. I can't find a picture of them anywhere on Google - some ppl on blogs were even trying to find them.

I've done about 200,000km all up in 5 Esprits. None ever left me on the side of the road. All the Ferraris managed to though, as did the Lambo.
