Still no news yet back on the symptoms, I do however need a list of trusted mechanics in the dfw area that you guys have used for these type situations. I've only been up here for 2 months and I dont know who to go to, for repair or maintenance in the area. I would appreciate it because I like to keep my options open outside of just the dealership. Still keeping my fingers crossed and my check book ready!!!!

Stew, Larry, Danny and crew out at Boardwalk are all very capable of taking care of your 355 and any problems that come up but since you asked about independents...

Norwood Performance has been around for a while and is used by quite a few Ferrari owners for service and repair, we only service Ferrari and Lamborghini. You can do a search and see what others have had to say. Also you can call or e-mail me direct if I can help you in any way.

Welcome to the area and I hope the problem with your 355 is easily squared away.

Thanks, for the info on other shops. Boardwalk guys are great, already got the AC and heater back to working and I am having to have the fuel sending unit replaced so that I can actually have a reading on the gas gauge. Car is not smoking hardly at all, and I am going to stay vigilant on the fluid levels and drive it for a while. Looks to just be a fluid overflow so far but only time will tell. I do need to know who in town does good powder coating for wheels. I want to get the stock rims powdercoated with a black flakey matte finish. I had a glossy black finish on my last car and they were hell keeping clean. Think we need a thread on here with a list of trusted service providers for f-cars in Texas. Maybe it already exist but I can't find it on this forum. Thanks for everyones input on my recent issues. Hope to get to meet some of you guys up here in the dfw area. Thanks again

Lotusdude, I can certainly vouch for these guys. Norwood's entire operation is amazing. My 355 is SO happy to be in their care!!!!

You cannot possibly go wrong by taking your car to them.

If I didn't make it clear enough, these guys are the best.

Talked to an old skydiving buddy last night about Norwood and he told me some phenominal stuff about them. No doubts on this end. Im still going to use performance race tech out at cresson for brakes and tires, because they took great care of me with my lotus and dialed it in perfectly.
