This is from Leftlane News: Base model with V6 to be priced at ~$127K...from Edmunds, not sure how accurate, but that is where I got that number.
    http://www.leftlanenews.com/porsche-panamera.html

I have driven the Maserati QP and for being a sporty luxury sedan I don't think it is underpowered.
CLS may be common but it much better styled than the Porsche an dmuch cheaper even as an AMG variant....I'd buy one of these before a Porsche.
Rapide my not be that much more than Panamera Turbo if Edmunds is to be believed.

BMW....dang! Can you post a link...that sux....the concept CS was gorgeous!

8c has a 500 production run only. Wordwide. I know a few cars are still available but i dont think they will have that much trouble shifting them.

Those numbers are wrong. I don't have time to dig out the real numbers but a base 6 cylinder will start around $80k, 8 cylinder around $90k Turbo around $125k. I would think with typical porsche options the average car will cost between 10-15k more per car.

They would have to pay me that much to drive it, and still would have to provide a paper sack to put on my head.

Just checked ten websites including autobild...and they all give that price range. the lowest was consumer reports below:

2010 Porsche Panamera Prices: One British source reports the base 2010 Porsche Panamera will start around $108,000-in today's dollars, mind--and the line--topping Turbo at $168,000. Similar money buys Mercedes's new CLS AMG 63, a Bentley Continental Flying Spur, or Maserati Quattroporte.

they released pricing to dealers about two weeks ago. I am going off memory here but I am pretty sure my numbers were about what I was told.

Pretty Ugly. I'd rather have a Jag XF and a Cayman.

not talking about the looks of the alfa. i love it too. just 250K is a lot for an alfa...

so were all the 599's, 430's, and Scuds 2 months ago... now my phone rings... HMMM. I'm not convince that all the alfas will stay sold. I've been wrong before...

    Simon,

I agree w/ you there! $250k for an A/R is OUT OF THIS WORLD HIGH! But they are so limited in build number and so desired I would not be surprised to see them really become a reasonable collector car in the long run for sure.

Jesus Joseph Jumpingjacks, what an UGLY, HORRIBLE DESIGN.

They've successfully created a new body design: The Hunchback.

What next? A new Bugatti based upon this platform? We've already got this and perhaps the Estoque if it gets the green light.

Looks like the management at Stuttgart graduated (with honors) from Rick Wagoner's School of Micro Mismanagement.

Guys, when will this be on the market? And when will the Rapide be on the market? Is the Rapide sold out? Any ideas on how much the Rapide will go for? I get the feeling that if they are remotely similar in price, the Rapide will sell circles around this.

That's really pretty sweet. Shape reminds of the Cayman some how.

Much better than the actual car.
