    I am in the process of building a new home and I am having a hard time deciding on the garage floor. Should I get a sealed floor or a tiled floor? I have been referred to "Vault" but are there others to consider as well?

    We did a 3-car space with 4 colors in 1 day, with a 9 year-old doing most of the work!
    Great choice of surface finishes & colors.....

    PS: don't forget heated floor! Very nice in the winter.

    There are tons of threads on this at www.garagejournal.com

    I would go with VCT tile. Easy to install, relatively inexpensive, very sturdy and if a tile gets damaged you take a blow torch to it, peel it up and stick a new one in its place.
