    Hello All,

I am restoring a 1982 308 GTSi and am looking for a shop manual. I purchased the CD that's all over ebay like a rash, and it was helpful, as it had the shop manual for the carburetted 308-GT4 and other similar docs, but one thing that none of the various manuals on the CD had was a 308 GTSi-specific Bosch K-Jetronic chapter.

I am told there may be other PDF files around that have more info. I am afraid I have found all there is for free (or almost free) but if there is anything else out there, I woud appreciate a link.

    thanks

    Andy

Maybe better looking at the 328 manual for that or maybe even Audi?

I believe the best F K-Jet documentation was included in the Mondial8 WSM (because that was the model where K-Jet was introduced) -- but I don't know of a free/on-line source.

    Steve,

You guys have been around longer than I but to the VERY BEST of my sluthing ability over the past 2-3 years, I have found no such '80-'82 GTSi FI Car WSMs or even a mention there of. Parts yep, WSM, sadly no. I have come to the conclusion it was NEVER printed. I use the Mondial 8 manual.

BUT I have found that there appears to be a manual that was used in a F-Car mech school around that time. I have a poor photocopy but it has not manual serial number on it I can locate.

    Steve,

You are not wrong. The Mondi 8 & Mondi Quattro WSM exists. Both cars in one WSM book. The manual is great for the 308 2V FI cars engine and x-box as they are the same as the Mondi 8. There was no WSM dedicated to the 308 GTBi/Si (2V's) '80-'82 that I can find or find even referenced ANYWHERE.

I am done (for awhile) with using my manual finally and will be sending it to an other F-Chatter who can scan and up load if he is still able, so this manual should be available in the next few weeks or months as a free upload for needy F-Chatters if we can find a place to host it once scanned.

These cars ('80-'82) just kinda fell through the proverbial "crack" in 308 evolution. But that is also kinda what makes them fun.

    V/r,
    Mark

Whoever scanned it in did a great job. Excellent drawing resolution!

Holey Smoke!! I'm saving it to disk & it's taking forever!!!

Thought something was broke, but it's ENORMOUS: 88 MB no wonder it's taking forever & I've got a high speed internet connection!
