    Legally, if they are doing the legal speed limit in the high speed lane they are legally untouchable. Speeders are the ones that have to move into another lane if they want to pass, legally. Dat's true.

    I am not sure that's true.

    I have a friend who is a state cop and he told me that he would regularly write people up for camping in the left lane... either "obstructing the flow of traffic" or "failure to keep right". Only thing was the person had to have the option to move right and not be doing it... but pacing another car in the next lane and not moving faster or slower was fair game.

    I think that's true. I've heard something similar. That's why a slow driver is usually the cause of an accident.

    Was reminded of another one this morning.

    The dumbasses that camp out next to the 18 wheelers. The either take an eternity to pass (unsafe in itself), side directly next to the middle of the trailer, or in one of the blind spots. MOVE OVER YOU @$$*&^#!!!
