    There has been quite a lot of discussion on the wiring conversion from the 348 rectangular taillights to the 355 round taillights. We tried mapping them by color, only to find out that there are color variations among the 348s out there. Not a problem - we will go to plan B.

    If you are contemplating doing this, whether through the LeMans Grill or something else, I have mapped out the conversion in the diagram below.

    PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

    1. DO NOT TRY TO CORRESPOND THE COLORS TO YOUR CAR. THEY ARE FOR ILLUSTRATIVE PURPOSES ONLY.

    2. ON THE 348 FEMALE PLUG, EACH WIRE SLOT IS A SINGLE DIGIT NUMBER - NUMBERED 1 THROUGH 9.

    3. THE 355 TAILLIGHT POSTS ARE NOT NUMBERED, SO YOU NEED TO NUMBER THEM YOURSELF, WITH THE GROUND WIRE (BLACK) BEING IN THE FIRST (TOP) POSITION OF BOTH TAILIGHTS.
