Car looks very nice on the track. I might even say it looks better than last year's car while racing.
Of course they are. And judging by that ridiculously complex shape, all the aero guys who formerly worked on the bunch of winglets cluttered over the recent cars now concentrated on that single part I wonder what other loop holes we'll see exploited by other teams... there have to be some of them in the regulations! The car as a whole isn't that bad, imho. Could have looked MUCH worse.
I think the car looks pretty good. The rear wing rules are what they are... The nose is very cool, there are some short videos up on Ferrari World already.
I don't want to hijack the thread, but Ferrari has never made an F60 model....up until now. The Enzo is referred to as the Ferrari Enzo Ferrari, not the F60.
Well, it looks better than the 2008 cars. 1980's wings on a F2008. Glad to see the horrid winglets are gone. Those new mirrors also need to go. Step in the right direction. Love the tires. Tom Tanner/Scale Designs/Ferrari Expo 2009 model contest and photography/art display-Chicago April 25th 2009
After looking at the car on the track, I really don't mind it, as the year goes by it will grow on me more.
I expect a bunch of first corner incidents where people drive over other people's front wings: A bunch of cars will come in after one lap to get a new nose or new tires.
The wings are hard to swallow. Pretty ungainly copmared to last years. I understand the rules are new, but sheesh, could the rear wing BE any taller? I do VERY much like the absence of all the doo-dads attached to the cars. That I anticipated with happiness. It's amazing how compact the sidepods are today!
awesome... i hope they will have more of these this year. DC had one in Brazil last year and it looked fantastic until (well.. dc being dc) the first corner. Aero.. I see they found loop holes for the no wing and barge boards rule... (funny they painted it black) As for the tyres..Even the pictures suggests he's on inters.
According to colleagues who attended the Mugello roll-out of the 2009 car, while drivers Felipe Massa, Michael Schumacher, Luca Badoer and Marc Gene conversed in the paddock, 29-year-old Raikkonen was asleep in a car in the carpark Gotta love kimi, he just doesn't give a crap. http://www.onestopstrategy.com/dailyf1news/nieuw/article/6503-Raikkonen+%27lives+on+another+planet%27+-+boss.html
I have a cousin that use to sleep in cars, but that was because he was a bum. Maybe Kimi was just tired
Can someone photoshop this picture showing the rear tires wider than the front. I think the fact that all tires diameter is the same makes the car look somewhat akward with the new aero package. Otherwise I dont think its that bad. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Looks like the car may actually be a little lighter in color than the 2008 car... http://www.onestopstrategy.com/dailyf1news/nieuw/article/6497-Ferrari+analyse+%27difficult%27+F60+debut.html
To an extent yes, I love Kimi for it. But if he starts this year like the majority of last year was this act will grow old quick.
No doubt.!!..but lets take heart inthe last comment: "That is not the way he is," the Italian explained. "But he is completely impatient to drive and win races again."........ here's hoping.. LOL..... Image Unavailable, Please Login
