In the Exorcist I, there is a sequence when Father Karras is dreaming of his Mother coming out of a subway exit/entrance, a falling crucifix, etc... and they quickly flash this horrible "face" on the screen several times. The face looks just like the Avatar. I'm sleeping with my lights on tonight!

 

It's not makeup.

I've met Robbie, he looks just like his avatar.
