    Well, the premier Supercar mag finally realized it was about time they did a feature on The Best Strad in the Country!!!! One of the guys on 187 told me John Barker was looking for an immaculate Strad for the cover story, future collectors cars, so his choice was easy :D:D:D

    Me and Radders travelled down on the sunday (EVO kindly put us up in the Goodwood PArk Hotel for the evening) My car was beautifully detailed by Dave @ Sportscar Protection on the Saturday at short notice (cheers Dave) but after the drive down on the sunday the cars got a little ummm.....grubby!!! Needless to say we got them back to pristine, cant show you those pics yet, EVO staff requested we keep everything under wraps until the mag is out on Feb 7th. Got more filthy pics at home, will post them later.....but these two have got to be the dirtiest Ferraris ever...you cant even see the yellow wheel centres on Radders car!!!! I was PMSL at the state of them!!!!

    Its fine on modern cars really, as long as you wash it im sure it'll be fine and outlive us!

    Got no problems taking my car out, but there is quite a lot of ice up here at the moment !!!!!!!

    Fantastic Hazy! Look forward to reading and seeing the after pics. I took my car out on the weekend and it ended up looking like yours. But since mine is yellow it looks like it hasnt been cleaned for 3 years!

    The trouble with the salt it gets everywhere not just on the outside shinny bits so it is as good as imposible to get it all off every time you take it out and as Hazy discovered last year with his calipers the salt seized them up.

    I agree.

    I remember seeing an F430 and a 612 Scag' doing a "Prova" run around the mountain roads behind Maranello back in 2005. They parked up at a roadside cafe for lunch and they were covered in salt and road grime and stank of brakes, clutch and tyres. I just can't bring myself around to abusing my car in this way. Maybe that's why it's "the best 360 Modena in the country"!
