But........If I would have to choose one, it would be Bee Jay's thread also. That is really cool and his love for his 348 is awesome! :D:D

He is a great guy and has a beautiful wife!! He needs to post more I reckon. I miss seeing him here. :):)

Here I am. Something told me to check out Ferrari chat tonight. Hows everyone? I'm cool. Kinda busy. I got three kids in college, I was working hard on the Barack campaign, and I've been working on the Vette big time. Check this out:
    http://forums.corvetteforum.com/c3-tech-performance/2156466-bee-jays-batwing-install.html
When premium was $5.00 a gallon, I drove the Porsche daily.
When Premium got down to $2.00 a gallon, and I got the Vette back on the street, I started driving it daily.
How was Christmas? I got an Iphone, but still no 355 wheels. Pretty soon it will be affordable to just buy the 355. Hey Speedy and Saw, I was in San Antonio, Tx. for Christmas. Mom is fine. Hey, is PAP comming back over. Damn, that was fun. I wouldn't mind going to Oz. Is Chris still not smoking? I lurk over here pretty regularly, just been busy with life and work. I miss you guys too. Keep in touch. I guess I should add something to that "my car is finally here" thread. The 348 is in the garage with the top off under the car cover. Maybe I'll drive it to work on Friday. I love that car.

J/K ;) ...................... true in general 355's are going down as are most other f-cars ............ so it makes it easier to aquire a nice example ........ I will be sticking with mine and upgrading it for a while ............ I want it to be a fabulous example of how nice these cars can be yet still be driven ...... :)!!!!

    Bee Jay:

Great to hear from you. If you're ever going to be in SA, shoot me a PM and give me some warning. I'd love to get together with you (and your lovely wife) for a good meal, etc. I am also glad to hear you and yours are well.

    All the best,

    Scott

Hey Mike. How are you doing? My nephew is home safe. He used his leave time to come home and visit with wife and baby instead of R&R in Quwait.

Thanks Night Life. I bought the Vette new in 79, right out of college. I was a 21 year old 2nd Lt. with a brand new yellow Corvette. I was also a disco king and backgammon champ. I wouldn't show up to the party till midnite. Just look at that waisline. Now I'm a step grandpa working a contractor 9 to 5. I can't stay up past 11. You can see more pictures of the Vette here:
