After seeing some parts firsthand with this finish--I had to have it. It is much more chip resistant than a smooth powdercoat. The finish cannot be scratched when cleaning the wheels, etc. It has a UV blocker built into the powder to help reduce the sun's damaging rays. It is just different and I like different. The best way to describe it would be a satin black wrinkle paint finish. I am sure it is not for everybody, hell I may not like it after I see it on the wheels, but I am willing to take that chance. My guy just did his wheels on his Dodge truck with the same finish, but a different color and it looked very nice...

Think I may do a package deal----Wheels, tires, center caps, wheel bolts--All you have to do is pull your wheel off and bolt this one on!!!

Your right Robbie, the finish is not for every one, and unfortunately I don't like it, it might be better in person.

Are they going to have to remove the finish where the tire seats on the bead? With a finish like that I would be concerned about the tire leaking....

Are you concerned about the bead seal with the textured finish?
