Are your running lights the inners or outers? Do they stay on all the time or only when you have your headlights on? I did a rear taillight conversion on my 348, but my driving lights are only on when the headlights are and I wanted to see if this is proper.

    Thanks!

Outer = running lamps + turn signal

Only on when you turn the parking lights/headlights on..

yeah, those lights do come on when you turn on the running lights, not just headlights.

While on the subject of 355 lights. I have beleve that the little round front driving lights on a 355 are diferent depending on counrty.
In the US i beleve the round lights can be operated via a switch so they can be left on while driving. Were as in Europe the round font driving lights can only be activated by pulling on the flash stalk, and cant be left on. Im i right about this?

Really jealous about this, i wish mine would work on a switch:(
But not jealous about the US orange indicators or side marker lights:)

So... in the US, when you pull on the flash stalk, what actually flashes? Do your headlights pop up and flash the main beams or do your round driving lights flash? Also, in Europe, do only your round driving lights flash or do your headlights pop up too?

Interesting stuff here, because I always thought those operated like normal fog lights on standard cars. :)

    All the best,
    Andrew.

In Europe when the stalk is pulled only the round lights light up when the main lamps are down. When the lamps are up all the lights flash.

You can, if you wish, order the US switch and instrument plate. It would then be a simple matter to wire the lights to work by the stalk and/or switch. You would need to order the following parts: PN 64234500 (No. 35, Tav. 134) switch support plate; PN 64234400 (No. 18, Tav. 131) switch mounting plate and PN 157479 (No. 34, Tav. 134) light switch.

I do not have a picture of the console, but here is the Ferrari exploded parts diagram. The numbers I gave you correspond to those on the diagram (this diagram is Tav. 134). I believe that the switch would be the last switch in the row of switches on the side of the shift gate/F1 control.
