Not trying to be harsh here, but...

With all the spelling errors, typos, mistakes of grammar and syntax, puncuation errors, and malapropisms, Roy's posts are frequently difficult for me to even sift through.

I'm not sure an internet forum, which is based on written communication, is the best place for this.

    Great Post...

and my 2 cents......I dont think the war of the words between Roy and Rimoore is even fair considering I dont think Rimoore is playing the game with his own chips and not the owner of the dealership.....I think he should spend more time building his own bank before bashing someone elses.....he might see things in a different perspective!

Actually I own three Ferrari, a nightclub, a few houses etc. etc. My bank is just fine. Roy is the one that started this off with a nasty email to my personal address about a 348 I have listed in my forum.

So what you are saying is REGRADLESS "the appearance" is everthing and not the back up...

DOES a pretty storefront make you a lasting good Dealer...or can like other Storefront Dealers....2 come right to mind in South Cali can go bye bye tomorrow..

I put my money in backing it up, not a pretty building...

But now I am really not sure...ARE you saying that Dealer B is in La Jolla CA...?

Just want to make sure we are all clear and on the same page..

Nope no tap dancing..just plain old fact..

    1) The "fire" car was bought from the owner/racer that had it and was fully aware of its histroy as HE DISCLOSED IT!!

    2) NO, the car as required in my Deals was FIRST SENT to Lmaborghini Orlando an "Authorized Dealer" for a full PPI prior to releasing it to my customer...AND with in minutes was HORRAFIED with what LOO found, a tottaly UNSAFE car that should not carry a pet let alone a person. Our customer was advised, he went to the Dealership, spoke to them and agreed he did not want the car. He in turn purchased a 2001 Diablo SE #13, m7 2200 mile "YES PRESTINE" car for almost $50,000K more..AND is extremley happy to have dealth with us and our guarantee...JUST can imagine what you would have said or done to this poor guy had he gone direct to you....can you imagine..?

    3) I don not recall BUYING this car from any other Dealer but Dealer B...so it is now OK to say...wait, wrong vin, no big deal, was at anothee Dealers lot, Dealer C so talk to him not us...come on get it straight, Dealer B's car,Dealer B's problem..

YOUR THE TAP DANCER! You tap danced around my question.....I didnt ask if you owned 3 Ferraris, a nightclub, and a few houses...and if I did that still doesnt justify your bank...maybe your bank debt.

Let me ask the question in seventh grade english...

DO YOU OWN SPORTS CAR COMPANY? IF YOU DO, THATS GREAT! IF YOU DONT YOU SHOULD STFU and let the OWNER and the guy that signs your check handle it because you make yourself and the company you represent look real foolish!

IF you were my employee I would have fired you after your first crackpot post!

Roy you don't have a clue. The question was about your claim we don't have a licence and our claims that we do. I made a point as to who everyone should believe. You jumped in and changed the topic again as usual. If you think anyone is fooled by the "Roy Games". Let me be clear that they are not. I think your best option moving forward is to crawl back under the rock from which you came.

I think the "game playing" has in your lap...

Can you tell and show me and evryone else, that as a statement of FACT

    A) You DO have a license in the State of California to SELL cars RETAIL and NOT just wholesale?

    B) Post a copy of such required RETAIL SALE license here for everyone to see and SHUT ME UP..?

I would think in order to score a "touch down" in this second half YOU WOULD jump at this.?

So here we are 3rd down and 18 yards to go on your 25 yard line....your ball

It's more amazing that such a tool could still be in business. Feel free to call the owner up and report me. I'll be around a lot longer then you will.

I wish to apologize to others on this board if I've said anything offensive or not properly responded to your threads. I certainly don't want to alienate the board especially now that I'm a sponsor. I have had my Ferrari parts business for a few years and have been selling cars since last year. I've done a lot of business with people on the board and others in the industry. I've never screwed anyone over and there isn't any bad press about me on the net. I've also had my eBay since 1999 and have 100% feedback. That's no easy task.

I won't let someone rewrite the facts and then sit idle and do nothing. I'm the only one from SCC that's a member. I'm also the one that pays for the sponsortship so I have skin in the game. I got sucked into this and it's to late to put the genie back in the bottle.

    Roy,

It appears this info on the Vehicle License (aka "dealer license") can be obtained online through the CA DMV website.

The Sports Car Company dealer license number appears to be "53378".

The description for their type of dealer license is:
"This licensee, for commission, money, or other thing of value, sells, exchanges, buys or offers for sale, used vehicles subject to registration. This licensee can also wholesale used vehicles to other licensed dealers."

    Link to web page is:

"Well Johnny, the fans would never have believed the treat they were in for during the second half!"

"Yes Larry! During the third quarter it looks like Dick, I mean Richard has lost the touch and fumbled"

"I have to say, Dick, I mean Richard definitely shows hes a rookie to this league."

"Then out of now where BAKY hits one out of the park, nobody saw that coming!"

"Man, after that one that BAKY hit out of the park, the managers had no choice but to pull Dick, I mean Richard off the field and it looks like that is going to cost them the game"

"and Roy Cats finishes it up with the last few hits"

    "What a finish!"

"Thanks, Johnny! We would like remind our viewers that tonight's game is brought to you by Drama Llama BIY Brew-It-Yourself Beer. If your life is boring, brew up the Drama!"

and in the locker room after the game Dick, I mean Richard wont give it up!

and continues to make silly comments..

and try to back peddle to cover up his foolishness...

    The best is this.....

There is now and you acted like ******...I mean yourself, Richard.
