    I'm kinda looking for a cheap 308 center console for some custom work. Black preferred, cheap is the key, don't need the switches and such. Any leads?

    There are different configurations for the consoles. The 1980-1982 have a couple instruments forward of the shifter.
    I know of a some available consoles. If you give me an idea of what you are trying to do, I can perhaps anrrow your search parameters.

    Hey Tillman, in your searching if you find a lead on a 328 "coin box" (that little pocket to the left of the steering wheel), let me know. I need one in black. Conversely if I find anything while looking for said box that may interest you, expect a PM. :)

    The people parting out a 328 on ebay have had almost everything I was looking for. They posted a perfect dash on Ebay not long ago and probably still have the coin cubby. Email [email protected] and ask. They usually take 1/2 to day to respond.

    There was also a guy on eBay who had a nearly complete black 308 ('82 on up) interior and was selling it bit by bit and VERY reasonably at that. I think $150 for the console maybe? This was about a month ago, however, so you're at the mercy of fate here ;)

    Tillman - contact "redline76" (Warren) here on Fchat. He recently got a complete console w/gauges on eBay I think he was parting out.
