BMW 530d diesel. A real torque monster with 500Nm (370 lbs/ft) available at 2000 rpm. Thanks to that it's an extremely driveable car. For Americans - that 2nd screenshot is 120 miles covered at an average speed of 93 mph with a fuel consumption of 30 mpg American and 35 mpg British. My previous "daily" SL65 would do about 200miles on full tank. My new one ,'09 CTS-V, while a great daily driver ,stealthy in traffic and after 2000 miles better(IMHO) then the M5 I used to have, does a pitiful 160 miles on full tank. My next driver must have a better range, either through larger tank or better consumption....
An Alfa Romeo 164L...the 4 door sedan just about every car maker in the world tried to copy from 1990 on. Very reliable, low maintenance, comfortable, quiet, great handling front wheel drive (good for Colorado winters), excellent gas mileage and...that's about it.
BMW 6er. (Pic with son driving) Great all around car but my SUV comes out when it snows. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
