Its also faster then a middle aged guy on a V-Rod with an LED license plate frame that says "who's your daddy now?"

Nice turnout for last-minute as always. Wanted to make it down but couldn't get outta Jersey.

Bill, he is yanking your chain. He was just down at the show yesterday hanging out. Jung, don't be d(cking with people like that...you kill me. He has his Lotus down there (see pictures I took above), and is toying with getting a Ferrari, but if he drives up in a car like that the next time we go out on a run, he is going to be my new best friend! :p

Unfortunately, it is not my car. I was just kidding :(

But I did get to assist with bringing it into the show. This thing sounds wicked, but surprisingly quiet.

Met Robert (E60 M5) today and he is a great guy...will be back on Sunday for as much of the day as I can...wife/daughter driving schedule :) In Williamsburg tomorrow.

Can't wait for the weather to get better to run around with you guys on some nice days...

Added a few pics of this strange German auto from the show today...I am going to ask for one for Christmas and see what happens (bwahahahahahaha).

I know these are a lot of photos, but here is an overview of the 2009 DC Auto Show - Lincoln C (concept), Tesla, Volt, Fisker, Saleen, etc. Sorry for out-of-focus shots as well. That orange Dodge is based on the Lotus body (like so many other cars). Most of the American Hybrids seem to have plug-in areas located in the same spot (between the left front tire and the front door hinge).

I hear you Luke, we were all set to roll about 10 minutes after you to get home for my baby and Joe had a few "Technical" problems with the CGT so we stuck around to help him get it back on track - (I supplied the jumper cables so he owes me a ride :))

Look forward to seeing you again soon at future events. I will be at the thaw for sure in Reston...

Thanks to all who participated. It was a lot of fun.

PJ, we'll get you in next year for sure.

Did anyone notice that the Tesla was a sort of a heap for the $$$?

The Fisker and Lincoln concept were the highlights for me.
