I would say if Renault admit there is a problem, there is a problem, but it's still early days.

I'll take that bet, if you are serious... or if you're just bloviating, then OK :)

He's been in a midpack team all last season. So much for being slower than his team mate. :D

Ahh, but Renault didn't have a second driver last year. They had a Fred Attitude Stabilizing Trainee (FAST) in the second car...

    Interesting...

If Massa begins having problems this season I wonder if he'll be able to resist the temptation to post? ;)

Btw, where did Franco and Ron go??

Ron is in despair since Massa lost and is drinking Margaritas in Mexico. Franco got banned for one year for making anti semitic remarks in the P&R Section.

I hope Ron can get over his despair soon...sure miss his input around here. Ron shouldn't be feeling that bad tho. For Massa to have gotten as far as he did was absolutely remarkable.

Wow! 1 yr ban for Franco? Yikes...he must have really pi$$ed someone off.

Couldn't agree more! Very funny stuff! Good ole days indeed.

For me, the only thing that trumped their bantering was the chapperalman/brightsizelife saga. :D

Ron made big changes to his professional and personal life. Has nothing to do with Massa.

Remember there are many mods for every forum and we have a back channel. A ban like this is not the result of one mod being angry at one person.

I wish Ron the very best with his changes. Miss his presence in the F1 forum.

Ya, I figured. I miss Franco's presence here too...although, for different reasons than Ron. :)

I'm pretty sure you're alone regarding your thoughts about Alonso's future in F1. I'm also kind of fed up when people talk about contracts that will prevent a driver from going to this team or that team. Haven't you been following F1 recently and understood that Alonso had a three year deal with the McLaren team and that that deal was broken? Of course that can happen to the drivers you're mentioning to make room for Alonso already for the season 2010 at Ferrari. I also think you're alone on your thoughts that Ferrari are interested in signing Raikkonen for even more seasons to come. Haven't you been following the internal discussions at Ferrari about Raikkonen recently?
